Pregnant woman should do Pranayam very slowly & Pregnant woman Should not do “Kapalbhati pranayam” as it can hurt baby inside mother’s womb.

Do’s

1. Do Bhastrika Pranayam for 5 minutes ( Deep Breathing to give baby and mom more oxygen which will protect baby from disabilities and other physical problems)

2. Do Anulom Vilom for 10 to 15 minutes

3. Do Bhramri Pranayam for 5 to 10 times & Udgeeth Pranayam for 5 to 10 times or more it is meditation actually it will help you get rid anger and stress.

4. Watch good TV programs such as GOD’s/Spiritual channels.

5. Try to be happy as your moods will also effects babies brain and development.

6. Eat healthy foods which contains green vegetables

Dont’s

1. Do not doKapalbhati Pranayam” as it can hurt your baby inside mother’s womb.
1. Dont watch/listen violence, crime or any other bad Channels. Whatever you will watch it effects your babies brain.
