It is Pranayam, an ancient way to control mind and improve health. It is a combination of exercises for:

  • Stomach organs like intestine, kidney, liver, bladder etc or whatever comes in the middle section of body & below that (our reproductive organs). – Pranayam: Kapalbhati, Agnisaar, Bahaya
  • Chest Area like lungs, heart, neck cords etc & other parts of chest. Pranayam: Bhastrika, Bhramari, Udgeeth
  • Head Area like brain, eyes, ear, nose, throat, thyroid etc (parts of head). Pranayam: AnulomVilom, Bhramari, Udgeeth

If above 3 areas are working in good condition, you will not fall sick easily and your body’s own defense system (immune system) will become strong.

Although you will start feeling good from the very first day , But Swami Ramdev says “It takes 3 to 9 month to fix major health problems with Pranayam”

How it works?

Tip: It decreases stress levels in the body. Your heart beat slows down, Blood pressure comes down.

As you do Bhastrika(2 to 5 minutes), Kapalbahti(5 to 15 minutes/30 Minutes Max), Bahaya(2 to 5 times) Ujjai (For thyroid Problem)- (3 to 5 TIMES) , Anulom Vilom(5 to 15 Minutes/30 Minutes Max), Bhramari(3 to 7 times), Udgeeth (3 times) then meditation for few minutes(sit calmly closed eyes)  – in morning empty stomach after drinking glass of water, and in evening 5 hours after lunch;

Your body gets exercise internally making your organs stronger and work better. Strong organs fight diseases effectively, which helps you to be healthy. It  also makes you mentally strong and feel content (where you don’t get angry on small things, your food/sex desires will be in your control). It will give you happiness inside you which you have been finding in other things till now.

Tip: Dont expect miracle (Although it may happen) but it takes 3 to 9 month to fix health problems with Pranayam
