1. Do pranayam Daily 2 times it will also help decrease dark circles.
2. Drink atleast 4 to 6 glasses of water.
3. Sleep at least 8 hours. Try to sleep at 10 or max 11
4. Keep the under eye moist with natural moisturizers such as aloevera, unboiled milk, Almond oil, butter etc.
Massage it gently for few seconds.
5. Try to be smile and be happy it will help muscle to circulate blood where it is needed and heal the damaged dark skin.
Aloevera on dark circles xan reduces darkness use unboild milk and massage under eyes for 5 minutes for next 7 days and see if it works for you
i have seen your reply for decreasing dark circle below eyes but i want to know for how many days does i have to apply unboiled milk or aloevera. is there any limitation or permanently.

You should see results in 7 days. Take a picture before and after, dont expect miracle but you will see a visible change. Then continue it as they fade away.

It is not permanent just like your health as long as you maintain it with pranayam it will be healthy, As long as you keep your under eyes moist with natural moisturizer like alovera, unboiled milk (it contains butter and other vitamins) you dark circles will not return back.
In bharat most people have dark circles because of over work and stress. PC is most common cause of dark circles, As in Bharat people are very hardworking and ignore to take care of their health.
1. Do pranayam to get rid of stress.
2. Eat healthy food and green vegetables, drink milk or juice instead of soda/cold drinks/Tea/cofee.
