I will try to make the things as simple as possible for you to understand. I am explaining 3 exercises which are must to get benefit, although there are 7 Exercises in Pranayam, You should do Pranayam before breakfast when your stomach is light and empty for maximum beneficial results and you can do it in evening or night 5 hours after of lunch and can eat after 30 minutes of Pranayam practice. 1. Bhastrika – (Must Do) 3 to 5 Minutes, 2. Kapalbhati – (Must Do) 5 to 15 Minutes, 3. Bahaya – 2 to 5 Times, 4. Agnisaar – 1 to 5 Times, 5. Anulom Vilom – (Must Do) 5 to 15 Minutes, 6. Bhramri – 5 to 20 Times, 7. Udgeeth – 5 to 20 Times
We are going to learn No1, No.2 and No.5 The Most Important Exercises on this page:
- In morning (before breakfast when stomach is empty) drink 1 or 2 glasses of water according to your capacity.
- You can add lemon drops and honey drops or some organic aloe-vera in water if you want, it will cleanse your body.(Optional)

How to do it: Take deep breaths and then completely breathe the air out.
Duration : Do it for at least 2 minutes and 5 minutes maximum.
Benefits : heart, lungs, neural system, aabha, depression, migraine, paralysis, asthma, respiratory diseases of all kinds, Diseases like cold, cough, allergy,brain, are cured. Lungs become strong and due to the heart and head getting adequate quantity of pure and fresh air, health is improved. Diseases of the throat like thyroid, tonsils and other ailments of throat are cured.
How it purifies your blood/body/nerves/internal organs in 5 minutes:
Human body contains 5 to 6 liters of blood. Your heart pumps 5 to 6 liters of blood in 1 minute, when you deep breath you put 5 to 10 times more oxygen in your blood with each breath. When you do deep breathing for 1 minute your whole body gets more oxygenated blood pumped by heart. So doing deep breathing for 5 minutes purifies your blood 5 times.
Tip: Head aches/Migraine Pain – Deep breathing 20 times when you have headache, will relieve the pain up to 80%. (Self Tested)
No.2 KapalBhati Pranayam (View All)
(blow your nose) for 10 min to 15 min
High BP and Heart Patients - Do it with less/low/Slow force.
How to do it: Pushing air out forcefully and your stomach will itself go in or squeezes inside.
Duration : You should startn it with 30 times or 1 minute and increase upto 5 mins minutes upto 15 minutes maximum.
Benefits : aabha, tej, cholesterol, allergic problems, asthma, snoring, concentration, uterus, diabetes, stomach problems, obesity, constipation, gastric, acidity, Croesus(liver), hepatitis B and even cancer and AIDS.
How it makes your internal organs strong and recover the damaged cells.
It squeeze/contract/compress whole middle part of your body including kidney, liver, Large/small intestine, stomach, gallbladder or any other pa. And when you contract your intestine 900 times in 15 minutes (15Minutes x60Sec = 900 Sec) as Kapalbhati one stroke takes 1 sec so you do 60 times in 1 minute and for 15 minutes you contract/squeeze your inner organs including kidney 900 times which stimulate whole intestine including kidney, each cell gets exercise through each stroke you make by doing Kapalbhati.
It gives good exercise to heart and it sends energy waves to heart and chest area as well. Like when earth quake comes it shakes the thing which are far away from its center, Same way Kapalbhati does it, although center is your stomach and intestine but the effect reaches to all nearby organs like heart, lungs neck cords, thyroid etc.
Tip 1: Each stroke you breathe out from your nose just like blowing your nose, makes you loose a small amount of body weight. But you will have to control your diet. Eat green vegs and avoid Roti or eat less roti/breads. Eat More of boiled vegetables/salads & drink fresh home made juices. Don’t eat pizzas, burgers, Chips(french Fries) or other junk foods. In Morning have soups/juices(home made) instead of Milk(if you have to have milk, go for cow’s milk or low fat milk).
Tip 2: You should do it in the morning when you get up after cleaning your mouth. Also drink one glass of water when you get up in morning it will clean the toxins from your body and constipation problem will also go away.
No.5 Anulom Vilom Pranayam (View All)
(Little difficult One – Breathe in from one nostril whole and breathe out from other vice-versa for 15 min to 30 min)
How to do it: Hold your right nasal of your nose with your thumb of your right hand, breathe in from left. Now close left nasal with middle and ring finger opening your right nasal and breathe out from the right nasal. Now breathe in from the right nasal. Now close the right nasal and open left and breathe out and in from left nasal. and keep continuing the same procedure again and again.
Duration : You should do it for atleast 10 minutes upto 1 hour maximum
Benefits : heart, high Blood Pressure, bent ligaments, sinual fluid reduced, parkinson, paralysis, neural related, depression, heart blockage, vat-cuf-pit, arthritis, cartilage, migraine pain, asthma, sinus, allergy etc.
How it makes your brain work/function better.
God has given us 2 brains, left and right they both work differently one is side Love/Passion/Creativity etc and other side is Logic/Reason/Objective etc. In simple words one side of brain is YES and other is NO.
Example: when you are about to get in morning, one side of brain says “Get up “ other side says “Sleep”, We make right decision when both sides are balanced and then you choose the right thing. If both brain are not balanced we cant make right decision.
AnulomVilom concentrates the oxygen flow to each brain side one by one. So we get more oxygen to both sides of our brain. Now you may question when we breathe oxygen goes to lungs of course it does and increase oxygen in our blood which still goes to brain eventually, But If you may have noticed the brain’s bottom is opened inside near nostril inside. So when we concentrate oxygen by closing one nostril, oxygen brain cells get stimulated making both sides balance.
1. It makes our body function better.
2. It tells body to make right hormones.
3. It gives you more control over your thoughts.
4. Stress levels stay down or low.
5. Helps you get rid of depression.
6. Helps you get rid of anger.
7. Helps to bring your desires under control.
8. Helps control on your tongue which loves to eat junk food, you will be able to say no to bad food choices.
9. Helps you to start thinking big.
10. Helps you forgive others.
11. Helps you accept, surrender and become humble to good.
12. Helps to be less materialistic.
13. Helps to get rid Headaches & Migraine pains.
