To cure headaches permanently with Swami Ramdev Yoga

You can get rid of Headache and migraine pain with some simple breathing exercises below:
For Instant Relief:
1. Do Bhastrika Pranayam(Deep Breathing) for 20 times for instance relief from Headache/Migraine Recommended for 5 minutes.
Procedure : Take deep breaths and then completely breathe out.
Duration: 2 mins atleast. 10 mins max.
2. Do Bhramri Pranayam for 20 times
Procedure : : Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Duration : 5 to 20 times or more will not hurt you
Benefits : tension, hypertension, high BP, heart, heart blockage, paralysis, migraine pain, confidence, concentration
3. Dont work on computers/PDA/iPhones for more than 6 hours a day. If you have to work long hours take breaks after 1or 2 hours. put water in your eyes.
