have a pain in the coccyx bone. The sacro coccyx lateral view bone x-ray revealed there is a small crack in that bone. There is no pain while urinating or passing motion. My orthopaedician gave me an injection named depemedrol in that area and asked me sit on a ring type of cushion for the next 6 months, and also take a bath tub and put the cushion and take a warm water and sit on that area for 10 minutes. Do this thrice in a day. Will this treatment heal the bone? I browsed through various websites and they suggested the worst case is to remove the coccyx bone. Will I be able to work after the removal of the bone? I need to be standing for 10 hours everyday. I have been checking to various doctors and various hospitals like Apollo Hospital in New Delhi, Indian Spinal Cord In New Delhi, and Orthopaedics doctor in Janak Puri. The Apollo hospital doctor gave me an injection in my coccyx bone, but the pain is still there. All the doctors in new Delhi suggest surgery is the last option, but in surgery there is a 50 : 50 chance. They are not sure that after removing the coccyx bone it will not get pain again. The coccyx bone attached to the spinal cord, and during surgery if they remove the coccyx bone it will hurt your spinal cord. During surgery when they remove the coccyx bone if on that time if one of the bone in spinal cord will be touched .then patients will go on coma. paralysis or may be a system failure.... Kindly suggest me what to do in this matter..... till date three years I got a pain in my coccyx bone.. all the doctors in Delhi failed to solve my problem........

  I would suggest to be away from surgery. You should start doing pranyam and drink loki juice. Drink glass of water first thing in the morining. Do Pranayam in morning and in evening after 5 hours of lunch. You will be alright soon. http://www.ramdevyoga.net/swami-ramdev-yoga-dos-donts/

Swami ji, now these days i am facing loss of momery problem. I usually forget what I did a while ago. please advise me some drink to sharp the memory. Also my husban has almost lost his right side hearing. Any thing can cure this problem?

  Brother Karan, Pranayam has very good results in Anemic patients, Ask your father to do start doing pranayam in morning before breakfast and in evening before dinner. He should be fine in 3 to 9 months, but you will strat seeing results in very first week. Give him "Wheat Grass Juice" to drink in morning empty stomach.

  Sister Sarika, It should help in stammering, It may take 3 to 9 months to improve condition. Pranayam in morning and evening empty stomach for 1 hour a day, like 30 minutes in morning 30 minutes in evening. Eat lots Vegetables and fruits. Loki juice in morning emty stomach before doing pranayam

sir, mera naam sumit hai aur meri age 17 hai.mujhe3 saal ki age me pnuemonia ho gaya tha.tab to wo theek ho gaya par uske baad mujhe snizing problem shuru ho gai aur aaj tak mujhe lagatar hafte me 2 se 3 bar sara din snizing ho ti hai.kai jagah ilaj bhi karvaya par koi fayda nahi hua.krupa karke mujhe is bimari ka ilaaj bataain.

Respected sir, This is Ganesh Patekar from pune,Maharashtra. I am TYBCA student of Sinhgad College Of Science.I have been eating Baba's Chyawanprash and Awla Churna and almonds. I have been doing Pranaym and meditation.I read Gita and What Sawmi Vivekanada and Baba Ramdevji said we are actually Soul pure soul before i was under illusion i am hindu and all these things.Now i got the concept and striving to do it practically.Changes have been done in my behaviour and it also helps me in my study.I want to sudy deeply and do something for our country.But i just want to know that how long should i sleep in night ? i mean how much hour should i sleep ? please send it to my e-mail Id :- g.patekar@yahoo.com My daily routine :- wake up at 5:15 am or sometime 6:30 am college 9:00 am to 1:30 pm(oneway 1.5 km distance). mess for lunch 1:30 to 2:00 pm. class 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.(oneway 1 km distance) another class 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. (one way 12 km distance).some time i skip this class. mess for dinner 9:30 to 10:00 pm sleep at 11:15 pm. i have motorcycle herohonda. so no physical work also. so please tell me how much hour do i need to sleep. i realy want to know and my main activities areSTUDY,MEDITATION,SLEEP,EAT and sometime for few minute talk to friends. but main important is STUDY. so please tell me waiting for reply Your faithful Ganesh Patekar.
