   Dear All ( Administrative officer and Baba Balak Nath ) India k bahut sare logo ka fath hai apme and apke trust me , mai and meri famely bhi usi bhir ka hissa hai.But Kindly dont breack the trust of indian peopel ( who beleave in u and ur rules and regulation and ur service ).. Pls see the reason :- This is regarding a patient named Mr. Pramod Tiwari, aged 53 years, Registration No. 713376 who is being treated for Bone cancer by Dr. Pyush Gupta (Room No. 23/30). The treatment started on 4th March, 2011 when his Blood Urea was 188, Haemoglobin was 5 and Uric Acid was 6.3. Now on 5th July his Blood Urea is 99, Haemoglobin is 5.9 and Uric Acid is 5.84. The doctor is very helpful and had provided phone number 01334-244107 for any kind of problem during medication. Now the patient has suddenly lost sensation in his hands and has extreme pain in his neck and back. We have been trying to contact the doctor on the given number but the telephone operator keeps on stalling. We first called on 8th July around 4pm and he said to call next day in the morning between 6 am to 12 pm. Next day in the morning when we called he told to call in the evening. And when we called around 7pm he again told to call in the morning. The patient is in extreme pain and cant travel 210 km to meet the doctor. In this case what should the patient do? The only option is through the phone and the tele operator is being very careless since the doctor timings are from 4pm to 8pm and he keeps on telling us to call in the morning when the doctor wont be there. Since we have kept our trust in you we need proper treatment for the patient. So what should we do now? Try to contact the doctor again through phone or take the patient to him? Please give us reply soon because the patient is in extreme pain... Also i m traying for call on - 01334-244107 ,01334- 240008, 248888,246​737 but all no's are busy from last 2 hr's.where is roule and regulation of patanjali . Kindly reply bse pacent is in problm ..
