Snoring Tips – Swami Ramdev Yoga

Try this Ujjayi for 15 days Ujjayi Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga)

And

1.  Put badam rogan(Alomnd oil) drops in nose before going to bed, This way your throat does not get dry .
2.  Sleep on your side you will snore less loud, and your throat will have little space to help you breathe, by sleeping on back people who snore their air way gets close and snore louder.
3.  Do Swami Ramdev Yoga regularly for good health people who are over worked they tend to snore louder, when you get relaxed by doing swami ramdev yoga you will snore less.

if above it does not work then:
Buy lots of ear foam(ear buds) New ear buds fit nicely old ones may not block outside snoring noise . Ask your partner or who ever sleeps near you to put ear foam(ear buds) in ear (which block outside noise). your partner will complaint less…
