Ramdev | Swami Ramdev | Swami Ramdev to teach Yoga to US Congress |

Swami Ramdev very recently laid the foundation stone for Ayurveda & Yoga research Institute in Houston, was invited by US Congressman Nick Lampson to Washington DC. It might soon happen that Baba Ramdev held a training camp for US congressmen.

The yoga centre in Houston will be based on ‘Pathanjali Yog Peeth’ of Haridwar, in India. The Yoga centre will include a clinic to treat chronic ailments, training institute for teachers of yoga, herbal garden and housing for retirees.

Baba Ramdev Meets Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss

Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss & Swami Ramdev met each other on former residence on 17th June and had an hour long discussion on popularizing alternative health care. They had a brief discussion on taking the Yoga to the rural areas of the country where masses are not aware of same. They also agreed on a combined views that time has come to take harsh measures on combating tobacco, junk food & alcohol.

Guru Ramdev will also soon meet HRD minister Arjun Singh to discuss on the possibilities of making yoga a compulsion in schools.

Ramdev | Swami Ramdev | Yoga Camp in LA

Sawami Ramdev was in Los Angeles to conduct a five days long yoga camp at the Anaheim Convention Center. Camp ended on July 13.Camp was attended by over 2000 people from nearby cities. Swami Ramdev held sessions for more than 2 hours every day explaining various forms of Pranayama.

Yog Guru Ramdev Joins War On Saving Ganga

Sadhu community along with Swami Ramdev has raised nationwide agitation for saving the sacred river Ganga. It is been demanded that Ganga should be declared as a national heritage and Save Ganga Authority should be set up by the central government.
