You have to have a thin stomach in order to do Nauli Kriya. As We have like round and balloons like stomachs  so just see it how it is done. Don’t try it if you are fat. Loose some weight first by doing KapalBhati Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga)

and when your stomach comes in your hands and you look thin then do it.

    As I`ve discovered, it is necessary to lock the larynx after exhalation, the take a “false” intake of breath causing drawing in the abdomen.

  2. It helps you control your abdomen and is very helpful for other pranayama like kapalbhati and nauli karanand is true vice versa. Do practise it for at least 3 months and see the wonders . This is my personel experience . If you feel it did n’t work good then discontinue it at once and practise it under the supervision of a qualified professional. o.k.
