		<description>Dear Visitor, IF your mother is in healthy weight thats  not a bad thing, 

IT is simple way to know if she is in healthy weight.
for each body in inch of height should have 1 kg of weight.

For example a 5 feet woman:

1 inch(in height) = 1 Kg weight.

1 feet (12 inches) = 12 kg
5 feet (12 inches x 5) = 60 kg ( I am Not good at writing math equations)

If she is above 5 feet add 1 kg for each inch is healthy weight.

If you are not satisfied with the current weight of your mother. Ask her to drink milk with banana 2 times a day for 1 month. She will be alright.</description>

This question is for my mother. She is 57 yrs old very active person. She does all the household work herself. This includes cooking, cleaning laundry, sweeping and wiping the whole house. She has been encouraged by your show and does basic yoga at home. She has become very weak and has lost a lot of weight can you please help her by giving any advice where she can gain weight and feel better about herself.
