For Glowing Skin with milk

If you put kacha Dudh (Raw Milk not Boiled) put on your skin before sleeping and leave it on skin till morning it will make your skin glow next day!

To gain weight with milk
Milk with banana can make your gain weight if you are very thin. Take a bowl of milk, cut banana in small pieces and have it in morning and evening 2 times a day.

For Health
Drink Cow’s milk it is very health it has medicine benefits in it. It cures many problem in body.

Avoid buffalo/Bhans/Kali’s Maj Milk it will make you fat as it is full of fat

    Namaste Swamiji,

    This question is for my mother. She is 57 yrs old very active person. She does all the household work herself. This includes cooking, cleaning laundry, sweeping and wiping the whole house. She has been encouraged by your show and does basic yoga at home. She has become very weak and has lost a lot of weight can you please help her by giving any advice where she can gain weight and feel better about herself.

      Dear Visitor, IF your mother is in healthy weight thats not a bad thing,

      IT is simple way to know if she is in healthy weight.
      for each body in inch of height should have 1 kg of weight.

      For example a 5 feet woman:

      1 inch(in height) = 1 Kg weight.

      1 feet (12 inches) = 12 kg
      5 feet (12 inches x 5) = 60 kg ( I am Not good at writing math equations)

      If she is above 5 feet add 1 kg for each inch is healthy weight.

      If you are not satisfied with the current weight of your mother. Ask her to drink milk with banana 2 times a day for 1 month. She will be alright.

    Namaste,

    I have another question my mother also has low BP can you please suggest something so that it will get better. She doesn’t prefer taking any medicine.

      Brother Sumit, You should eat banana with milk for 2 months in morning and evening.
