I have come to know, if you just leave sugar in your food or if you stop eating sugar in any form for just 15 days.
You will experience following:
1. Weight Loss without workout or dieting.
2. Diabetes or it would not happen ever to you.
3. Makes your Cholesterol levels low
4. Migraine Pain will not happen or decrease dramatically
5. Get rid of that stomach fat around belly.
Avoiding sugar will protect your from many diseases.
Q: What to eat if cant eat sugar?
A: Eat “Gur” in india, it comes from cane. It is like stone in brown color but, soft and tastes better than sugar.

1. Digesting food in 4 to 6 hours instead of 8
2. Does not have sulphur
3. Your Money will go directly to the farmer instead of corrupt people who own sugar mills.
4. It takes better than sugar.
