When doctors say we cant save your kidneys, There is great treatment in “Jadi Buti Rahasay Book” Kidney Failure treatment in this book.
“Peepal ke Patte Ka Ras” and “Neem ke Patte ka ras” in Morning and evening half Cup or 1/4 cup for 3 months.
Kidney is very important part in our body which cleans our blood, and it keeps us alive. I would not go in the details but I will explain how to keep your kidney, liver, heart, lungs, bladder, intestine, stomach etc healthy and strong.
Pranayam’s Exercise n0. 2 Kapalbhati (Sneeze like Breathing out in 1 sec each time for 15 minutes, can take break after 5 minutes)
What Kapalbhati does to help kidney?
It squeeze/contract/compress whole intestine including kidney. And when you contract your intestine 900 times in 15 minutes (15Minutes x60Sec = 900 Sec) as Kapalbhati one stroke takes 1 sec so you do 60 times in 1 minute and for 15 minutes you squeeze/contract/compress your inner organs including kidney 900 times which stimulate whole intestine including kidney, each cell gets exercise through each stroke you make by doing Kapalbhati.
Just like in the gym when you workout your muscle become strong and healthy same way giving exercise to your internal organs makes them strong and healthy.
Now how you do it?
1. Bhastrika (5 Minutes)
How it purifies your blood/body/nerves/internal organs in 5 minutes:
Human body contains 5 to 6 liters of blood. Your heart pumps 5 to 6 liters of blood in 1 minute, when you deep breath you put 5 to 10 times more oxygen in your blood with each breath. When you do deep breathing for 1 minute your whole body gets more oxygenated blood pumped by heart. So doing deep breathing for 5 minutes purifies your blood 5 times.
Tip: Head aches/Migraine Pain – Deep breathing 20 times when you have headache, will relieve the pain up to 80%. (Self Tested)

2. Kapalbhati (15 minutes, can take break after each 5 minutes)
How it makes your internal organs strong and recover the damaged cells.
It squeeze/contract/compress whole middle part of your body including kidney, liver, Large/small intestine, stomach, gallbladder or any other pa. And when you contract your intestine 900 times in 15 minutes (15Minutes x60Sec = 900 Sec) as Kapalbhati one stroke takes 1 sec so you do 60 times in 1 minute and for 15 minutes you contract/squeeze your inner organs including kidney 900 times which stimulate whole intestine including kidney, each cell gets exercise through each stroke you make by doing Kapalbhati.
It gives good exercise to heart and it sends energy waves to heart and chest area as well. Like when earth quake comes it shakes the thing which are far away from its center, Same way Kapalbhati does it, although center is your stomach and intestine but the effect reaches to all nearby organs like heart, lungs neck cords, thyroid etc.
3. Bahaya (1 to 5 times)
This is to get one big final squeeze/contract to Abdomen organs.
Bahaya is next exercise to kapalbahi, It gives final squeeze/contract/compress in full power to all your Abdomen organs. do it 1 to 5 times to get 100% benefit from kapalbahti.
4. Agnisaar (1 to 5 times)
This is extreme shakeups of all Abdomen organs rapidly make all organs get last shakeup.
5. Anulom Vilom (15 minutes, can take break after each 5 minutes)
How it makes your brain balanced.
God has given us 2 brains, left and right they both work differently one is side Love/Passion/Creativity etc and other side is Logic/Reason/Objective etc. In simple words one side of brain is YES and other is NO.
Example: when you are about to get in morning, one side of brain says “Get up “ other side says “Sleep”, We make right decision when both sides are balanced and then you choose the right thing. If both brain are not balanced we cant make right decision.

AnulomVilom concentrates the oxygen flow to each brain side one by one. So we get more oxygen to both sides of our brain. Now you may question when we breathe oxygen goes to lungs of course it does and increase oxygen in our blood which still goes to brain eventually, But If you may have noticed the brain’s bottom is opened inside near nostril inside. So when we concentrate oxygen by closing one nostril, oxygen brain cells get stimulated making both sides balance.

12. Helps to be less materialistic.
13. Helps to get rid Headaches & Migraine pains.

6. Bhramri (5 to 20 times)
You may have heard outside voices your whole life, This exercise helps you listen your inner voice in absolute silence and it is great experience if you do it calmly and thinking that GOD is showing his blessings on you and all positive energy of universe is coming in to you. After some time of practice you may see a while light appearing from dark in your mind, It will form slowly and becomes a bright light like sun(I have expereinced it myself) As told by Swami Ramdev It keeps expanding making all the darkness away and it spreads in all directions in your mind. (I am still practicing it I know one day I will experience it.)
7. Udgeeth (5 to 20 times)
It is next to Bhramri more like ending the meditation session started with Bhramari.
