“kapalbhati” produces heat in your stomach area and overall body. You can lose lost weight by doing kapalbhati. It needs to be done with medium force and should be done empty stomach like in morning before breakfast(food) Or before having dinner. Timing can be anywhere from 15 to 40 minutes. This is really easy to do as all you have to do is throw air out from your body and you give exercise to your lungs, kidneys, lever, intestine, bladder & any organ inside stomach.

Procedure: Pushing air out forcefully and your stomach will itself go in.
Duration : One should start with 30 times or 1 minute and increase upto 5 mins minutes upto 15 minutes maximum.

The whole idea behind this blowing through the nose thing is to make your lungs, kidneys, lever heart & entire intestine area strong. When you blow your nose with like when you sneeze the it consumes energy and compresses your “Stomach IN” giving exercise to your whole important body organs including your Lungs. It should take 1 sec for 1 time to throw the air from your nose as you sneeze.
Each stroke you breathe out from your nose like blowing your nose thing makes you loose a small amount of body weight. If you keep doing it for upto 2 or 3 hours you can loose like 2 pounds of weight in 2 or 3 hours, it is very effective. I am Chirag Panjwani, 30 years old unmarried(commited),living in mumbai and working in stock broking business since 9 years, I cant say i am a follower of swamiji completly,as i am addicted of smoking,but since 12 months i regularly watch swamiji pravachans on aastha @ 8.00pm.i had a consttipation problem from my childhood and had piles operation in march 2001 via avyrved, actually my problem is that i cant manage my diet regular.At the time of lunch or dinner i take snacks etc.etc, I always suffer from gastric problems and acidity and sometimes urgent pressure for motion.due to this problems i cant work hard in life neither pay attention in family life and miss many social activities.in my past life i had taken lots of tensions as i had lost huge amount in stock market.My uncle is Naturopathy doctor and one of my cousin is Bachelor in Yogic science from swami vivekanand institute,Banglore.i was told by both of them that u are suffering from IBS and have to change your lifestyle. I am aware of pranayam and also do pranayam on my terrace in morning,but i cant do regular if miss 2 3 days to do.I take Avipatikkar churna from last 6 months at bedtime,Alover Juice as i wake up and at night, and use all daily products of Patanjali like shampoo,toothpaste,alovera gel,soaps..etc.,I want ot get vyasanmukt but cant quit smoking, want to improve my health and do something for myself,my family,my nation.please sugest me my diet, medicines and pranayams dos and donts if any one of 7 pranayam is not suits me.i have heard that as my body temperature is hot, i cant do agnisaar, bahaya pranayam and also i have to clean bowels if i want to do that. when i take homemade awala and lauki juice in morning i get loose motion type stool.
