(blow your nose) for 10 min to 15 min

How to do it: Pushing air out forcefully and your stomach will itself go in or squeezes inside.
Duration : You should startn it with 30 times or 1 minute and increase upto 5 mins minutes upto 15 minutes maximum.

    Namaste sir,

    I am 32 years old I have irregular periods problem since begining I have one son 9 years old. Last year When I went to doctor he said i have thyroid problem and adviced me to take thyronorm 25 mcg. Now I am trying for the second baby. So, please help me which pranayama is good for me?     Drink water two table spoon honey and two table spoon lemon juice daily morning time before breakfast.

    Do pranyam specially kapalbhati in morning evening. you will loose weight slowly but surely.

      Juice Fast is the fastest way to loose weight, Just have apple and vegetables juice, insead of eating roti or sabzi.

      You can loose like 20 kg in 1 or 2 months.

    Hello. I want to lose weight really badly. I am 18 years old. I’ve been fat for a while. People make fun of me and call me names like ugly, fatty, etc. I want to show them that I can be beautiful too. Can you please help me? I want to lose weight really fast. What yoga should I do in order to lose weight? I’ve tried exercising but there’s no hope for that. I think I should give up if yoga doesn’t work out.

      Do this for 3 days.

      Just have water & honey, lemon drops added in it when you feel hungry. After 3 days eat just popcorn for next 3 days.

      Repeat the process for 30 days. You will get skinny.

    But would this work to reduce fat from the arms and the thighs as well? I don’t want to have fat arms, fat thighs, and flat belly… that would seem really odd.

      It will reduce your weight from every part of your body. Arms and Thighs have seem more fatty cause fat stored in them, when you loose weight the fat will be reduced making your arms and thighs look the way they should be.
