(blow your nose) for 10 min to 15 min

How to do it: Pushing air out forcefully and your stomach will itself go in or squeezes inside.
Duration : You should startn it with 30 times or 1 minute and increase upto 5 mins minutes upto 15 minutes maximum.
Benefits : aabha, tej, cholesterol, allergic problems, asthma, snoring, concentration, uterus, diabetes, stomach problems, obesity, constipation, gastric, acidity, Croesus(liver), hepatitis B and even cancer and AIDS.

Other Tips: Each stroke you breathe out from your nose just like blowing your nose, makes you loose a small amount of body weight. If you keep doing it for upto 2 or 3 hours you can loose like 2 pounds of weight in 2 or 3 hours, it is very effective! And thousands of people have effectively reduced their weight and are enjoying healthy and fulfilling lifestyles today.

  1. HI,

    I have a problem of Allergic sinus and also I have a problem of premature greying of hair and hair loss.

    Moreoff even my Son , who is 6 years old has a problem of greying of hairs right from his birth.

    Pls suggest to ensure that i overcome all these problems.

  4. My name is kalyani,i’m 30 years old,i recently deliverd my second baby on 9 oct 2008 . My problem is after my first delivery ,i have delevoped a little bump on my naval area…and during my second pregnancy it was loked popped out….it bulges out..i’ve shown it to my doctor…they told that i have UMBLICAL HERNIA …which will occur due to weak abdominal muscles..etc…my request to you is to give me solution to my problem…i have a list of doubts..please show me remedies…i really need help ….as i look pregnant ever after delivery….
    My doubts are:
    1) can i do KAPAALBHAATI pranayam?
    2) what are the yoga aasanas ,pranayamas, which i can do?
    3) can you tell me any food related remides?

    I have a lot of faith in your teachings…as i follow them before my pregnancy….i lost almost 10 kgs …they are very effective…but now many are saying i could not do some aasanas…i want to take your openion before attempting anything…so please guide me.

I am 60 yrs old.I have epilepsy from childhood and taking medicines(though no attack for last several years).As for last few months I have regular headache and doctors ,ENT,neuro,cosulted.CT scan done,but nothing so important. I want to do Kapalbhati and anulom bilom.Could it be done? Will it aggravate epilepsy,specially Kapalbhati? I am working in office,could not give much time.
    Another important point is I am allowed to sit only in chairs due to my hip joint replacement.Could it be done?

    • Hair Loss can happen due to stress or depression as well. Try to relax your mind, eat healthy food, do excersie and Yoga. More you focus on your hair more you will be stressed out. Just calm down let your body feel relaxed when your body will produce good harmones it will help in regrowth of your hair.

    My mother is a heart patent & she has done with open heart surgery in 1999.In the month of Feb of this year suddenly she got brain stroke & now she is not able to communicate.
    If their is some yoga or medicine which Ramdev ji can suggest . please suggust…we can come to their Ashram also if their is any chances for recovery.

    I am suffering from epilepsy since 3 years. Earlier the seizure were not so frequent it was once in six mths. but recently after taking allopathic my seizures are occuring once in every mth. I am not getting any benefit from medicines else the disease is getting more worse. I have been married since 3 yrs only and dont have any issue. My gynaec says its risky to be pregnant with such disease .I had left my job also just to cure it bt nthg is happening in my favor. Pls help to cure it and also advise that attaining pregnancy wld be risky in such cases

    • Sister Prachy, You should do pranayam in morning and evening your seizures can be cured within 3 to 9 months. Eat green vegetables, drink loki juice. And do Pranayam in morning and evening, There are many patients have seen very good results in seizures.

    • Yes Akila, As long as you watch your diet and do kapalbhait whether in morning or everning it does not matter. You can do kapalbhati in evening after 5 hours of Lunch.

    • Do Pranayam Truptiben in moring and everning drink a glass of water in morning, Rub your finger nails with one another.
