You can improve your Digestion with Swami Ramdev Yoga in following way:
1. Drink One Glass of warm water with one spoon honey and one spoon lemon added in morning. And do following exercises in sequence:

- 3. Baharya Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga)
