Sit comfortably and while watching tv, start with Bhastrika (Deep Breathing) and do it for 2 to 5 minutes, annd then start kapalbhati, you can just keep doing kapalbhati, when you are watching TV you tend to do more Kapalbhati then normal, After this start doing Anulom vilom, it may make you little tired so take support of the sofa side to put your arm around or just lay on sofa and keep doing it. In this way you get both of the entertainment and Swami Ramdev Yoga!
