Doing yoga which is like like bending spines with too much force. In kapalbhati with too much force can cause damage to body parts. So one has to be careful. Don’t cross the limits of their body. When you feel any kind of pain don’t do yoga. Take rest and if you have to do it, do it slowly.

1. Don’t put too much force on kapalbhati, doing it with too much force can hurt you.

2. Swami Ramdev Teaches jogging by standing on same place and running by being in same place where you stand. In that exercise Swami Ramdev Ji. Brings her feet down little late than usually we run. This can work for skinny people but if you are heavy there is good chance you may hurt your joint as there will be lot more pressure on joint it you bring your legs down little late as Swami Ramdev Ji jogs on one stage in one place.

3. One woman bought a CD of shilpashetty yoga and tried to do shirsh assan in which a person tried to stand upside down by taking support of the wall. The woman could not do it properly and put all the body weight on her neck which was supposed to be on her hands and arms. She broke her neck and injured her spine and she is in comma.

So be careful and don’t use too much power while doing yoga.

25 minutes of Swami Ramdev Yoga is more than enough for healthy person. Kids can do it for 10 to `5 minutes.Advertisements
