I am 85 years old and an ardent fan of Baba Ramdev and have been practicing the pranayams Kapal Bhati & Anulom Vilom for the last few years,as per his instructions in a CD and find it very useful.
I have been wanting to visit his Patanjali ashram in Hardwar.I am planning to visit Hardwar in Dec. 2008 with my wife.
How can I book a room ? Is it possible to get a room without booking it in advance ?

I am 50 years old was dignosed reh. and osteo. arthrites by family Dr in April 2008. and later in May 2008 I was dignosed carpole tunnel syndrome due to numbness in hands started with finger tips and was told by the Dr. surgery is the only treatment.
I did not have money and ability to go for surgery or go for the treatment for arthrites.
I got to know about pranayam. some one offer me dvd in august 2008 and i start doing it with strong belive that I want to cure my deceise with prayanam only. I started from 2 minute Kapal bhati and Anulome vilome only and now I do both for 20-30 min.everyday sometimes twice a day I cured my numbness in 2 months and arthrites is getting much better but hands thumb still remains stiff till noon. but I am very sure I will cure it with pranayam only.
I have been wanting to visit the haridwar baba ramdev yog patanjli. I may visit end of this year.how can I book a room and how early need to book.

I am from Tinsukia, Assam, I am one of the disciple of Swami Ram Dev Baba Ji. I really admire the endeavor of Swami Ji for the betterment of the Society and to keep the society healthy. I am intensely against when any one comment about Swami Ji’s activities. I am keen to see the blessing of Swamiji spread all over the mass.
Sir, I have some sorts of confusion in my mind, that’s why I am writing you this mail. Recently I found that there are many trained profession who has demanded that they have gone through training under Swamiji’s Institution. I am happy that they are helping people. But some of them perhaps misusing the therapy directed by Swami ji.
I have found that one Lady (Unmarried) aged about 25years who is having irregularities in manse problem and having regular low abdomen pain. One of the Volunteer of Swamiji is guiding her through some exercise, as per the girl point of view she already made Ultrasound and there is little cease found in ovary. Now the fact is that the person who is treating her saying that he need to press her lower portion of the abdomen and he has to press some channel over there. He also press middle of the breast. Now I have some confusion and want to clear from your side that is there any such type of exercise directed by your institution where male trainer used to touch such parts of a women body.
This is not a complaint to but I need some guidance from you , so that I can assure my self that no one can damage the reputation of Swamiji, that is why I neither mention any one name nor my details because without confirmation it will not healthy to point out some one.
