What is Ghyun/Gehu/Genhu/ Ka Jawara/jawarey ka ras?
Wheatgrass……(popularly known as gehu ka jawara):
Go to your grocery store or any Ayurvedic Shop or organic shop to get it. Or grow in your home
WHEAT GRASS (popularly known as gehu ka jawara)
Rich in Chlorophyll, vitamins A, B and K Benefits: It combats and cures anaemia, cancer, thalassaemia, arthritis, skin allergy, kidney stones, pyorrhoea and other dental infections, coronary ailment, stomach infection, asthma, constipation, psoriasis and adverse effects of sunstroke. However, babies and adults suffering from diarrhoea, nausea and hyper acidity should avoid wheat grass.
Recommended dose :Four tablespoons daily, on an empty stomach. It could be chewed, or blended into a juice, or eaten as sprouts. It should be consumed before the grass grows to a height of seven inches. PRICE: Rs 20 for 40 grams.

How to make juice of or Ghyun/Gehu/Genhu/ Ka Jawara/jawarey ka ras?
Basically you have grow the leaves of gehu in your home in order to get juice. Follow the steps below:
1. Take handful grains(seed) of Gehu/Ghyun/Gehu
2. Take big bowl of put soil/Mitti in it
3. Add grains(seeds of Gehu/Ghyun/Gehu) in to bowl
4. Put water in to to bowel so Soil/Mitti is wet.
5. Then put the bowl in sun light or near window where you get some sun light.
6. Water it as need to keep the soul moist.
It may to take few to get green long leaves of Gehu/Ghyun/Gehu when they long enough you cut them and put it in juicer add some water in to it. and you have Gehu/Ghyun/Gehu ka ras/juice.
