For Gas/Acidity/kabaz (constipation there are very simple and easy way to cure it.
For Gas: Quick Solution to get rid of gas is “pawan mukat aasan” Pawan means “air” and mukt means”free” air free assan in english.
Pawan mukt assan do it like rolling on your spine for few seconds it will make your gas go away though farts and it will be little funny but works.

How to perform it.
- Lie on your back. Hug your knees into your chest
- Then roll on your back like see saw

For Acidity: Drink glass of warm water in morning and add lemon juice and little honey it it. It flush away all the toxic and acids from your body naturally when you go pee.
To cure Kabaz(Constipation) Swami Ramdev’s way:
