Gas,acidity and constipation

Question: hi i m anju.i m 26year old.my weight is 38kg.i m suffering from last 10year gas,acidity and constipation.i m very slim.pls tell me wat should i do or wat to eat.?
Answer: Pranayam Works great for constipation.
Before breakfast in morning when you getup, empty stomach.
1. When you get in morning, Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water.
2. Then Do :
Bhastrika – 5 Minutes
Kapalbhati – 10 to 15 Minutes
IT will put pressure in your stomach making you go toilet. as long as you do pranayam everyday, you will not have constipation problem. Do it for 7 days and see if it helps
Other Pranayam one should pratice after Kapalbhati:
Bahaya – 2 to 5 TIMES
Ujjai (for thyroid Problems) – 3 to 5 TIMES
AnulomVilom – 5 to 15 Minutes
Bhramari – 3 to 7 TIMES
Udgeeth – 3 TIMES
Meditation – few minutes as you like (Just sit calmly closed eyes)Advertisements
