Weight loss of tips – Swami Ramdev

  • Don’t Eat/drink too much sugar, Don’t drink coke/pepsi/cold drinks which contain 30% sugar, go for low sugar drinks or go for lemon juice without sugar or less sugar.
  • Don’t eat too much salt either it retains water in your body.
  • Do Kapalbhati more like 30 minutes by taking breaks empty stomach.
  • Don’t eat fried food, Chips, Pranthas, Pakoras, Samosa & patato called allo. Sabzi which has grease/ghee/oils. Go for boiled sabzi like Ghia, Loki, Tinde, Tori, Kaddu, Shimla Mirch(Green Pepper), green Beans etc. Eat Green Vegetables and Dont eat roti’s/breads too much it has lots of carbohydrates which makes your fat, If you have to eat roti, Roti has 2 sides annd you can easily turn one roti in to 2 rotis by tearing the thin side apart you can have feeling of 2 rotis from one.
  • Do cycling in real/or by laying for 50×2 times
  • Eat Salad before eating dinner/lunch meal as it will fill your stomach and you will eat less sabzi/roti

1. First thing in morning Drink Glass of warm water when you get. Do gargal with water and put some splashes of water in your eys with your hands.

2. Greet your Elders in home by touching their feet in morning. Specially your Mother, Give your mom as much respect as you can if you want to be successful in your life. You owe her your blood and life. Never disrespect your mom ever.

3. Dont use too much force while doing Yoga ( Swami Ramdev Yoga). from Low, Mediem & High, You have to use medium force while doing kapalbhati and others.

4. Dont watch porn movies or anything else, which arouse you. More you lose your “c*m” body defense gets weaker. Try to preserve your sperms for your marriage. If you are married do yoga your hunger for sex will be under control.

5. Dont disrespect poor people.

6. Avoid using Shampoos like head&shoulder, pentene kind. These shampoos can make you bald. Use organic shampoos or home made shampoos.

7. Avoid drinking Pop/Soft drinks like Pepsi, coke, Mountain Due, Fanta, Sprite, Limca, Thumbsup and others. They all destroy your body defenses and help you in getting fat. Pop’s drink also help in growth of cancer.

8. Eat green vegetables, avoid Pizza( It drinks your health) Burgers (It is house health of destruction)

9. Do good workout and stay away from drugs.

10. Help disabled/Elderly/Weak people.
