Weight loss of tips – Swami Ramdev

  • Don’t Eat/drink too much sugar, Don’t drink coke/pepsi/cold drinks which contain 30% sugar, go for low sugar drinks or go for lemon juice without sugar or less sugar.
  • Don’t eat too much salt either it retains water in your body.
  • Do Kapalbhati more like 30 minutes by taking breaks empty stomach.
  • Don’t eat fried food, Chips, Pranthas, Pakoras, Samosa & patato called allo. Sabzi which has grease/ghee/oils. Go for boiled sabzi like Ghia, Loki, Tinde, Tori, Kaddu, Shimla Mirch(Green Pepper), green Beans etc. Eat Green Vegetables and Dont eat roti’s/breads too much it has lots of carbohydrates which makes your fat, If you have to eat roti, Roti has 2 sides annd you can easily turn one roti in to 2 rotis by tearing the thin side apart you can have feeling of 2 rotis from one.
  • Do cycling in real/or by laying for 50×2 times
  • Eat Salad before eating dinner/lunch meal as it will fill your stomach and you will eat less sabzi/roti

Other Free Swami Ramdev Yoga Tips & thoughts

1. First thing in morning Drink Glass of warm water when you get. Do gargal with water and put some splashes of water in your eys with your hands.

2. Greet your Elders in home by touching their feet in morning. Specially your Mother, Give your mom as much respect as you can if you want to be successful in your life. You owe her your blood and life. Never disrespect your mom ever.

3. Dont use too much force while doing Yoga ( Swami Ramdev Yoga). from Low, Mediem & High, You have to use medium force while doing kapalbhati and others.

4. Dont watch porn movies or anything else, which arouse you. More you lose your “c*m” body defense gets weaker. Try to preserve your sperms for your marriage. If you are married do yoga your hunger for sex will be under control.

5. Dont disrespect poor people.

6. Avoid using Shampoos like head&shoulder, pentene kind. These shampoos can make you bald. Use organic shampoos or home made shampoos.

7. Avoid drinking Pop/Soft drinks like Pepsi, coke, Mountain Due, Fanta, Sprite, Limca, Thumbsup and others. They all destroy your body defenses and help you in getting fat. Pop’s drink also help in growth of cancer.

8. Eat green vegetables, avoid Pizza( It drinks your health) Burgers (It is house health of destruction)

9. Do good workout and stay away from drugs.

10. Help disabled/Elderly/Weak people.

And Dont forget GOD.

    sir,
    I am a student of undergoing Graduate $ aged 22 years old.I am a elder son of my parents. One month ago in my Elder brother’s marriage my right eye was effected by sparking of Crackers. Now my sight loses slightly while looking something.According to doctor’s report a spot(permanent) inside the retina is revealed & it is not curable.what is to be done?Really I get frustration for the above.Pl. give me your valuable suggestion for my eye.

    i need a small help, one of my relative 5 year old boy had brain advance cancer,operation was done in saifee hosipital ,but doctor told that he will be only 6 mont or maxmum 2 year ,so i wnat to help him, can u advise any medicine or yoga is there to save his life

      Ask him to do pranayams for 2 hours a day 1 hour in morning and 1 hour after 5 hours of lunch.

      Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, Anulomvilom, Bhramri are very good for him. Ask him to eat lots of spinach, green vegetables, cows milk. In morning first ask him to drink water add some honey and lemon drops in water. after that start pranayams as below:

      5 minutes of bhastrika,

      20 Minutes of kapalbhati.
      20 Minutes of AnulomVilom.
      20 Times Bhramari

      And give him positive thought and encourage him and ask him to pray to GOD.

    i am 29 year old woman,i gave 2 girls by cesarian delivery,my first chile is 6 years old,and second is 10 months,after second delivery i took rest for one month,after that i started do work at home,now wht happen i am becaome fat means ( sirdi jama hui hai body me)and weekness

    so pls help me wht to do,to loose the weight and weekness

      Sister Sushila, We tend to gain weight as we grow old, Self control on food and working out often will help you to stay in shape.

      1. Try NOT to eat fried foods and junk food.
      2. Eat healthy food, less roti like 1 or 2 max more sabzi(should not have too much to ghee).
      3. Drink lots of water
      4. Go for walk 2 times a day in morning and evening.
      5. Do pranyam everday.

      You will be fine.

    i am sushila kadam ,i recd your reply but happen, i go to office from 9.30 to 8 evening so i didnt time to walk more,tell me that yoga,that yoga which i can at night which help to become slim, and second thing my daughter 1 year old& 6 year old having cough & cold every after 1 month or 15 days so wht to do,same problem i also have cought.cold,pls reply me

      As long as your stomach is empty like 5 hours after eating food. Idea is to get full benefit when we do pranayam like kapalbhati.

    Hello my dear ADMIN. i wanna thanks and appreciate u for helping NEEDY people.
    I watch porn movies mostly. So i got addicted to do MASTURBUT regularly. I hve consulted to doctor, he said that there is no harm by doing this. But some of experts saying and also in above sentence u mentioned it is not gud for body.
    SO IS THERE ANY HARM BY DOING “MASTURBUT”. plz help me out..
