<h1>Three-years-old psoriasis got cured</h1>
<p>My name is Monica Soni, a resident of Sukheda</p>
<p>village, Ratlam district, Madhya Pradesh. I was suffering</p>
<p>from psoriasis disease for last two years. I was</p>
<p>under the treatment of three allopathic doctors in</p>
<p>Udaipur but got no relief as such. I came to Patanjali</p>
<p>Yogpeeth in May 2009. There I was under treatment of</p>
<p>Vaidya &#8216;Sushant Mishra&#8217; for eight months. It completely</p>
<p>cured my psoriasis disease. I went for Panchakarma</p>
<p>four times which was also very beneficial.</p>
<p>There are misconceptions about psoriasis that it is</p>
<p>a hereditary disease, a sporadic disease and patients</p>

<h1>&#8216;Pranayama&#8217; off the incurable disease</h1>
<p>Respected Swamiji,</p>
<p>My name is Indira, I am a non &#8211; resident</p>
<p>Indian staying in UK since 1981. In 1991, I was</p>
<p>diagonised with lung sarcoid (inflammation) which</p>
<p>consequently destroyed the lung tissues. I consulted</p>
<p>doctors and told them that I had breathing</p>
<p>problems. The doctors told me that the problem</p>
<p>was primarily due to cold and they prescribed paracetamol,</p>
<p>four times a day, and advised rest. Being</p>
<p>a working lady, I could not afford complete rest. In</p>
<p>1992, I suffered from pneumonia and terming it</p>
<p>simple flu the doctors prescribed me the same set</p>
<p>of medicines, which gave me temporary relief.</p>
<p>Five years later in 1997, on a number of occasions</p>
<p>it so happened that I would faint while working.</p>
<p>While consulting a doctor I was asked to narrate</p>
<p>my medical history and based on the narrative I</p>
<p>underwent a (lung tissue) biopsy. According to the</p>
<p>report, there was a bug which was eating up the</p>
<p>tissue and the surgeon told me that had I not consulted</p>
<p>him on time, things would have gone out of</p>
<p>hand and six months is the maximum that I would</p>
<p>have survived.</p>
<p>Neither my husband nor my son could</p>
<p>believe it. To begin with, the doctors gaves me</p>
<p>Pradniciline (4*4) and Paracetamol(2*4) but it did</p>
<p>not work. After continuing the same for two years,</p>
<p>though there was some relief but there was no</p>
<p>respite from inflammation, cough and weakness.</p>
<p>All along my husband and son were the most supportive.</p>
<p>It was in 2004 that my well-wishers sent a</p>
<p>copy of your DVD. With its assistance, I started</p>
<p>practicing Yog, slowly and steadily, things started</p>
<p>working out for me. Now I can walk at a quicker</p>
<p>pace, breathe easily and in fact work without</p>
<p>much of a problem. I am 52 now and very happy. I</p>

<p>Kidney is very important part in our body which cleans our blood, and it keeps us alive. I would not go in the details but I will explain how to keep your kidney, liver, heart, lungs, bladder, intestine, stomach etc healthy and strong.</p>
<p>Pranayam&#8217;s Exercise n0. 2 Kapalbhati (Sneeze like Breathing out in 1 sec each time for 15 minutes, can take break after 5 minutes)</p>
<p><strong>What  Kapalbhati </strong><strong>does</strong><strong> to help kidney?</strong></p>
<p>It squeeze/contract/compress whole intestine including kidney. And when you contract your intestine 900 times in 15 minutes (15Minutes x60Sec = 900 Sec) as Kapalbhati one stroke takes 1 sec so you do 60 times in 1 minute and for 15 minutes you squeeze/contract/compress your inner organs including kidney 900 times which stimulate whole intestine including kidney, each cell gets exercise through each stroke you make by doing Kapalbhati.</p>
<p>Just like in the gym when you workout your muscle become strong and healthy same way giving exercise to your internal organs makes them strong and healthy.</p>

<h4><strong>How it purifies your blood/body/nerves/internal organs in 5 minutes:</strong></h4>
<p>Human body contains 5 to 6 liters of blood. Your heart pumps 5 to 6   liters of blood in 1 minute, when you deep  breath you put 5 to 10 times   more oxygen in your blood with each  breath. When you do deep  breathing  for 1 minute your whole body gets  more oxygenated blood  pumped by  heart. So doing deep breathing for 5  minutes purifies your  blood 5  times.</p>
<p><strong>Tip:   Head aches/Migraine Pain &#8211; Deep breathing  20 times when  you have  headache, will relieve the pain up to 80%. (Self Tested)</strong></p>

<h4>How it makes your internal organs strong and recover the damaged cells.</h4>
<p>It squeeze/contract/compress whole middle part of your body   including kidney, liver, Large/small intestine, stomach, gallbladder or  any other pa. And when you contract  your intestine 900 times in 15  minutes (15Minutes x60Sec = 900 Sec) as  Kapalbhati one stroke takes 1  sec so you do 60 times in 1 minute and for  15 minutes you  contract/squeeze your inner organs including kidney 900  times which  stimulate whole intestine including kidney, each cell gets  exercise  through each stroke you make by doing Kapalbhati.</p>
<p>It gives good exercise to heart and it sends energy waves to heart  and chest area as well. Like when earth quake comes it shakes the thing  which are far away from its center, Same way Kapalbhati does it,  although center is your stomach and intestine but the effect reaches to  all nearby organs like heart, lungs neck cords, thyroid etc.</p>

<p><strong>Example:</strong> when you are about to get in morning, one side of  brain says &#8220;Get up &#8220;  other side says &#8220;Sleep&#8221;, We make right decision  when both sides are balanced and then you choose the right thing. If  both brain are not balanced we cant make right decision.</p>
<h4>How it makes your brain work/function better.</h4>

So when  we concentrate oxygen by closing one nostril,   oxygen brain  cells get stimulated making both sides balance.</p>

<p>You may have heard outside voices your whole life, This exercise  helps you listen your inner voice in absolute silence and it is great  experience if you do it calmly and thinking that GOD is showing his  blessings on you and all positive energy of universe is coming in to  you. After some time of practice you may see a while light appearing  from dark in your mind, It will form slowly and becomes a bright light  like sun(I have expereinced it myself) As told by Swami Ramdev It keeps  expanding making all the darkness away and it spreads in all directions  in your mind. (I am still practicing it I know one day I will experience  it.)</p>

<p>It is next to Bhramri more like ending the meditation session started with Bhramari.</p>
