Exercise for ear by Swami Ramdev

This Exercise works for ear. Take a deep breathe close your nose whole with your finger completly. And try to blow air out fom your nose( Idea is not to breathe the air out but to put pressure on ear inside). It will put pressure on your ear. and give the exercise. If you have ear problem do all Swami Ramdev Pranayam it will help you get rid of your ear problems

I cannot fall asleep for the last 7 weeks. I am getting very little sleep. I have been doing all the 6 pranayam for almost 3 weeks now but no change. I have to take sleeping pills to get some sleep.

doctors diagnosed that I have lost 80% hearing in one ear n 60% in the other. i find it very difficult . can u sugest some asanas and ayurvedic medicines for the same ,. thank u.
