I was suffering with severe ear pain and the doctor suggested for operation. I started practicing pranayam on the advice of Bhalchandra and within a fortnight I realized that the ear problem has vanished totally. Answer: Dear Sanjay, Apply Til oil to head before bath for 30 minutes daily. Internally you start taking Tablet Brihat Vata Cintamani Ras – 1 tablet twice daily with 1 tsf Honey. Dashmoolarista – 3 tsf with 6 tsf warm water after food. Both medcines to be taken for 15 days. Also Instill Mahamasha Taila into ears in the morning once in three days. Avoid Potato, Brinjal, Pea, Bengal gram, Curd.

In my lungs, both upper zone shows dense fibrotic scarring with distorted lungs parenchyma.
few scattered specks of classification is also seen. pleural thicking is seeen in apical zones.
