Pranyam and ujjai pranayam is good, Give her honey ginger juice mixture fir 2 months, She can regain her ability of speaking by pranayam. Pray to GOD for wellness.

My daughter is 8 years old. she can’t speak properly. she repeat one word 3-4 times. I am worried abour her. I am in Australia but i will come to India in December. Please I need your help. Thank you.

I gave up the smoking and started to asanas and pranayam by waking at 5 until 6.20 AM. All my body feels very good but I got cold, cough and sore throat I tried everything but it is not the thing to go away. Please help

in our family all my brother sisters have cold very frequently & now our children also got the alergie.
personally i have cold & cough throug-out the year,it`s been observed whenever i consume alcohol i get a throat pain & running nose.what shall i do???
