Migraine. Pranayam 2-3 minutes a day and gradually increased it to 15 minutes per day. I did Kapalbhati also with Pranayam. I did Kapalbhati for a max of 5-7 minutes per day. Within a week I could feel a lot of difference. The frequency was very less and even if headache used to happen it used to go away without any medicines. I was previously addicted to medicines from past 10 years!! I kept doing it regularly and after I hit the 15 minutes time for pranayam migraine attacks dissapeared within a week.
