Bhramri Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga)
Procedure : Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three on base of nose touching eyes. Inhale & now exhale out through nose while humming oooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Duration : 5 to 10 Times
