(Deep Breathing) for 5 minutes!

How to do it: Take deep breaths and then completely breathe the air out.
Duration : Do it for atleast 2 minutes and 5 minutes maximum.
Benefits : heart, lungs, neural system, aabha, depression, migraine, paralysis, asthma, respiratory diseases of all kinds, Diseases like cold, cough, allergy,brain, are cured. Lungs become strong and due to the heart and head getting adequate quantity of pure and fresh air, health is improved. Diseases of the throat like thyroid, tonsils and other ailments of throat are cured.

Other Tips: Doing this for 20 times(breathe deeply when you have headache), will relieve the pain up to 80%.)

    It is tomuch helpfull to all people of world, due to this yog many people have change their fitness, specialy internaly, i think this is the way to coplete health becomes in humanbeing, i specialy thanks to babaji for there strugal and time give to other people who not bare the elopathic medicine and which are not required to that person,after coming of babajis programe people belive in yog and ayurved medice. i again thanks to babaji and their teacher which they doing excelent job in that field.

      Dear sir ,
      I am suffaring from stop brething when begening fall sleep i my breth is stop since 25 year. i had taken many medication even i have been patanjali yog also 4 year b4 .
      that time i took medication from there too but still my problem same. this time i live in belgium and i went chek up 4 my sleep test hospitel dr. said i have sleep apnia . if u have any idea how to kill sleep apnia what is the good medication . plss reply me as soon as possible. plzz ask baba ram dev about my problem n reply me .

    i am doing yoga regularly in morning (anulom velom, kapalbati, bhrami and udgeeth) from 3 years. i am fit and fine. in this period i have no any type of diseases.
