(Deep Breathing) for 5 minutes!
How to do it: Take deep breaths and then completely breathe the air out.
Duration : Do it for atleast 2 minutes and 5 minutes maximum.
Benefits : heart, lungs, neural system, aabha, depression, migraine, paralysis, asthma, respiratory diseases of all kinds, Diseases like cold, cough, allergy,brain, are cured. Lungs become strong and due to the heart and head getting adequate quantity of pure and fresh air, health is improved. I am suffaring from stop brething when begening fall sleep i my breth is stop since 25 year. i had taken many medication even i have been patanjali yog also 4 year b4 .
that time i took medication from there too but still my problem same. this time i live in belgium and i went chek up 4 my sleep test hospitel dr. said i have sleep apnia . if u have any idea how to kill sleep apnia what is the good medication . plss reply me as soon as possible. plzz ask baba ram dev about my problem n reply me .
