Indian Ayurvedic medical system. In old times our grand mother used to suggest to eat green vegs like loki.

Tips: Dont eat raw loki it can cause problems in your stomach. It should be fresh small in size because Big Size loki may have harmful chemicals to grow it big, so go for smaller ones.

Just taste little bit before use of loki. If  it bitter don’t that.

How to make Loki Juice:

The easiest way to make Loki Juice is to grate with home grater (called Kaddu kas). Then put the grated loki on tea strainer (Chai Poni) Then squeeze it with big spoon (kadchi) or table spoon by putting pressure. Or instead of spoon squeeze it with clean hands. Collect the liquid in glass.

You can also add grounded black pepper or black salt to suit your taste. You can honey/lemon to improve its taste. Dont add sugar.

How to make Loki Soup:

Taste loki Before eating or making juice or soup (DO NOT EAT or DRINK or MAKE SOUP of BITTER LOKI)

Take one loki and remove the skin of loki, and cut in small pieces, then add 1 glass water. You can one tomato and salt, black pepper(kali mirch very little according to your liking), jeera very little 1/4 of spoon. Cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
