   This precious video can be proved helpful for the patients of epilepsy and migraine. These are incurable diseases in the medical science. If Ramdev's suggestions are followed well, then one can get rid of these diseases.

   I taught this to two people, one guy with 30 years of migraine, and one girl with 3 years of migraine. They were taking pills everyday. They were cured of migraine in 2 weeks of practise, twise a day!

   well ive been treating migraine a few years to know that what this man is saying is right just one thing if its auto massage dont touch your head and use reflexology instead either in your hands or feets do pranayam while pressing the points and increase the time massaging your fingers or toes after the massage is good a hot shower but if the pain is too strong then your best friend is paracetamol

   well man.. actually, you should go out of india, pakistan, bangladesh, nepal ec.. third world countries mate. Then only you can understand what Health n Fit being is, even at 53.
