- Spot Jump: Keep your legs close. Stand on your toe and start climbing with your hand unbent up in the air for a least 2 minutes.
- Bar Hanging: Hold a bar that is a least 7 feet atop the ground stage (so that your leg doesn’t contact the ground when you hand on the bar with your arms straight). Now move back and forth your body while securing to the bar. Make definite you do not move back and forth with the help of your wrist. Keep your spine unbent while swinging.
