   Actually this works for me. It helps me control my IBS.... i am only doing the 4 breathing exercises. No spices, juices, postures etc... just the breathing... and really, since the first three days until now- I have been constipation free for 1 month. And going to the bathroom takes me 2 min max. Thanx for the free upload!
