Pranam, i do yoga and meditation regularly without fail since 2000 i cannot describe the Yoga's benefits at all, its really a miracle, it gives me a new birth every day with new enthusiasm. But one should struggle much, one should do Yoga regularly then and then it gives result otherwise not. i learnt Yoga myself own from a Book. i want to teach yoga as having been single i love to serve people which will eradicate my sin too. i have attached my photographs of yoga here with the mail, should i have any opportunity to use and spread Yoga's message. have a nice day regards dinesh

  hi dinesh, i am krishna aged about 29 yrs. can yoga cure diabetic. i am diabetic since 10 months. can u suggest me further what to do and how to go about in taking medicines. should i do yoga or take ayurvedic medicines. thanks krishna

Regarding Baba Ramdev comment on ASTROLOGERS I do not know Ramdev Baba personally & have no desire to reach him but - Respected Concerned , Regarding Baba Ramdev comment on ASTROLOGERS . I totally agree with him and i too believe that – Many astrologers are intentionally/purposefully else unknowingly fooling with astrology profession. hi i start in hindi. mera naam Gurjeet Singh me USA ke iowa shahar me rehta hoo . me motal me computer ka kaam karta hoo. meri age 22 years ki he or mera weight 265 lbs go gaya he. roj subah mera weight bada hua hi milta. he mera dil karta he ki mer jao . baba ji se thodi ummed he ki wo kuch karen . ab halat to aisi he ki me baith bhi nahi sakta . me kya karu mujhe kuch bhi samaj nahi aata .mene apke ashram me bhi bahut ph kiye but apse baat nahi ho payi . me india nai aa sakta bcoz mera abhi green card nai aaya. please baba ji help me.... am guna die..

  Gurjeet, Dont be depress, trust 265 is not that big of the problem, people of 500Lbs have lost 100's of lbs in few months with the help of kapalbhati and eating green vegetables. Eat less rotis and eat more subzi, in morning drink black chickpeas(kale chole) soup instead of milk. Dont drink milk/indian tea for next 3 months. Do some excercise like walking etc. And watch astha channel. You will be alright and can easily be 175 lbs from 265 lbs or less.

  Hey dear u use regular Amla poder ( Amla Churna ) & do the pranayam Anulom vilom & Kapal bhati Pranayam definatly u will be fit in 6 monts & u will look like a before Gurjeet Singh ok & make practice daily & u can make u sexy again

Pranam Baba, I am Manas from Bhubaneswar,Orissa. One of my younger brother is having a birth defect. He is now 10 years old.After 10 years also he is unable to sit properly due to his weak spinal chord and he can't talk.He can't catch things also firmly.If we want him to sit at least for some time we need to provide him the support. I am not sure what to do.I am helpless.Please advise. BR, Manas

  If you teach your younger brother Swami Ramdev's Yoga, He might help his ability as it will strengthen the weaken spinal cord. It might also improve his ability to hold/catch the things firmly.

    You should do get aastha channel on your cable watch it everyday and do Swami Ramdev Yoga 2 times in morning before breakfast and in night before dinner. It should help do Bhjung Asan. Drink Glass of water in morning when you get up after cleaning your mouth.

Baba Ji charan sparsh, Mere ek relative ko high blood pressure ki wajah se mind mai kuch problem ho gayi thi. Jiski wajah se unko paralysis (lakwa) ho gaya tha. Unka madical treatment karwaya gaya par unka swasthya abhi bhi poori tarah se theek nahi hua hai. Unko recovery nahi ho rahi hai. Mai unko aapke Haridwar wale ashram mai lakar unka treatment karwana chahta hoon. Kya mai unko waha la sakta hoon? Kya unko and 1 ya 2 aur logo ko unki dekhbhaal ke liye waha rukne ka koi prabandh ho sakta hai? Unke ilaaz mai kitna samay lagega aur mai unko kis samay la sakta hoon?   Brother Nitesh, Pitaa ji ko din me 2 bar(times) subah(morning) and sham(evening) for atleast 25 minutes each time. Morning - Drink glass of water after cleaning teeth/mouth when wake up. Do pranayam try doing all 7 pranayams but if you cant do all, then do at least below for cerebellar and cerebral atrophy: 1. Bhastrika 2. Kapalbhati 3. Anulomvilom 4. Bhramari 5.   Do pranayam Har roj(everyday) If you think too much, try NOT worry too much, that can be cause of your hairloss as when brain has to work hard to think or worry, it needs more oxygenated blood supply, when brain does not get enough oxygen, you start loosing your hair as brain starts consuming the oxygen which was meant for hair growth. I believe thats why people lose their hair in certain patterns which part is most active and working too hard to think or worry, in brain that side of hair start getting thin sometimes completely dead hair roots and person gets bald. Most rich people lose their hair as they have to think and worry about too many things, Poor people are less likely to lose hair as they have less things to worry about. So TRY not to worry about the things which you can't change. Focus on what you can do and do the wise thing, start believing in GOD. You will be alright.

    hi . i have been suffering from an stomach ailment for past 3-4 years. everytime i have a meal after half an hour i have to go to toilet , thus i have become too thin and started loosing my hair. i have acne on my face and at my back also. please help i am quite depressed due to to this disease. i don't want to live rest of my life like this. please help!

      You will have to do pranayam in morning try to wakeup at 5 and after cleaning mouth, drink warm glass of water you can add some honey and lemon in to it(This will help to clean your stomach from toxics and clean your digestion system. 1. Do pranayam in morning and 5 hours after lunch. Here are the videos of pranayam if you are unable to sit you can do it while laying in the bed on your back. http://www.divyayoga.com/pranayam.htm 2. Drink kale chnne/chole/chickpeas soup, just boil in water for 1 hour. Do it regularly and avoid eating junk food, eat loki sabzi, drink loki juice as well. Pray to GOD to give you strength.
