Anulom Vilom Pranayam

Anulom Vilom Pranayam (Procedure) How to do it: Hold your right nasal of your nose with your thumb of your right hand, breathe in from left. Now close left nasal with middle and ring finger opening your right nasal and breathe out from the right nasal. Now breathe in from the right nasal. Now close the right nasal and open left and breathe out and in from left nasal. and keep continuing the same procedure again and again.
Anulom Vilom Duration : You should do it for atleast 10 minutes upto 1 hour maximum
Anulom Vilom Benefits : heart, high Blood Pressure, bent ligaments, sinual fluid reduced, parkinson, paralysis, neural related, depression, heart blockage, vat-cuf-pit, arthritis, cartilage, migraine pain, asthma, sinus, allergy etc.

I am sorry but have got it all WRONG.Anulom vilom reduces the blood pressure but it also regulates the flow of blood and if you are suffering from Low blood pressure this will become normal.Several of my friends who had LOW BLOOD PRESSURE were practising this pranayam have benefited from Anulom vilom.One can safely conclude that this Pranayam corects any imbalance in he body if practised properly over a longer duration.For optimum benefits try anulom vilom continuosly for HALF an hour.

To turn the hair back from white or gray-drink wheatgrass daily. Also it’s important to give up sugar, white foods, poisins of all kinds (GMO foods, foods with pesticides, contaminated fish which is most, etc) and limit or give up animal foods, eat plenty of plants and at least 50% raw. Read about Ann Wigmore who had colon cancer at age 50 and radically changed her diet and her red hair grew back in. She died of an accident in her 80′s. I suffer from allergies and thus nose is always blocked. In such a situation how can one do pranayams especially Anulom Vilom, Nadi Shodhan or even Kapalbhati. As I am keen to undertake regular practice any advice would be of great help. Thank You.

Eat Awanla and take honey with milk for 1 month everday. And Drink warm glass of water in morning when you wakeup everday.
Kapalbhati do it slowly it will put pressure on nose so do it slowly. Nose does not open, you can keep your mouth open and let breathe out. I am not sure if this is right way, but your stomach can still get benefit from kapalbhati.

Chew 2 tab Muktavati empty stomach (1 hr before meal) twice daily for 2-3 months, you will see your BP coming down drastically. Your BP will come down to normal in 5 days. Keep checking your BP reglarly redce the dose if BP is going too low. Once it stabilizes then take minimum dose as required for maintenance.

To reduce your blood pressure you can safely rely on Muktavati but not on Anulom Vilom.
I used Muktavati for 10 months and gradually reduced the dose. Later when I left Muktavati and tried to remain on Anulom Vilom my BP strarted going up.
Anulom Vilom is useless. You should only rely of Muktavati or use any other drug

I have been doing more than 30 mintes of the Pranayam in morning and evening. I have also been taking no salt, no fat and mostly vegetarian diet. My weight is very well controlled (sort of under weight) but I don’t agree that Anulom Vilom is helping me.
When I take Muktavati regularly BP goes down to 110/70 and even lower. The side effect of Muktavati is Nasal Congestion which is highly annoying

Muktavati is dangerous. I had a firied who took it with good results, but within a year developed heart blocakgaes that was diagnosed to this drug. I agree that you see immediate result with this, but please think for a minute, what can be in that drug that controls BP and yet is not world famous? It has no FDA approval and is very dangerous.

Hi,
I am 35 yrs old and I really need your thoughts to improve my overall health and Blood Pressure and head/ left eye ache. I had done all sorts of scans MRI and MRA and no issues on the scan. Migraine also kind of ruled out but not fully. Ophalmologist said no issues in vision also. Still I am now living with my problem
