My brother in law viz, Mr. Kiran Sagar, age 48 years, is sufferring from both kidney failure. He was admitted in Inlak Budhrani Hospital Pune Maharashtra, in last week. He had dyalisys for three time during this period. According to Dr. Dubhajit Roy, the consultant Doctor, suggested us to Transplant his kidney for the better life in future. His finscial position capacity is very poor. We have already expended much amount for the treatment till date. We came to know about your organisation and in your hospital you provide 100% free medical and surgical care. I would like know regarding : 1. Is it possible to help my brother in law ? 2. Can you provide the Nephrology treatment and surgery services? 3. What should I do to get such survices? 4. What are the documents would you require? 5.
