By saying that your ‘monthly periods are not clear’ does not give enough information. Perhaps you mean you have colored discharge like whitish, yellowish, orange or red or excessively bleeding. All this could be due to hormone imbalances and/or a result of changes in uterus or ovaries, nutritional deficiencies, anemia, thyroid deficiencies etc. Have you undergone any tests ?
