1. Do pranayam Daily 2 times it will also help decrease dark circles.
2. Drink atleast 4 to 6 glasses of water.
3. Sleep at least 8 hours. Try to sleep at 10 or max 11
4. Keep the under eye moist with natural moisturizers such as aloevera, unboiled milk, Almond oil, butter etc.
Massage it gently for few seconds.
