ujjayi is very simple Pranayam

How to do it:

  1. close your mouth make your throat tight/stiff inside and try to inhale (breathe in). This will make a funny & loud sound let it sound loud it means you are doing it right.
  2. let the chest expand.
  3. After this when you chest if filled with oxygen close your one nostril and exhale(breathe out).

Benefits:
