No.4 Anulom Vilom Pranayam

(Little difficult One – Breathe in from one nostril whole and breathe out from other vice-versa for 15 min to 30 min)

Very good for Cancer patients with eating green vegetables and juice of loki (Indian veggie)

How to do it: Hold your right nasal of your nose with your thumb of your right hand, breathe in from left. Now close left nasal with middle and ring finger opening your right nasal and breathe out from the right nasal. Now breathe in from the right nasal. Now close the right nasal and open left and breathe out and in from left nasal. and keep continuing the same procedure again and again.
Duration : You should do it for atleast 10 minutes upto 1 hour maximum
Benefits : heart, high Blood Pressure, bent ligaments, sinual fluid reduced, parkinson, paralysis, neural related, depression, heart blockage, vat-cuf-pit, arthritis, cartilage, migraine pain, asthma, sinus, allergy etc.

How it makes your brain work/function better.

God has given us 2 brains, left and right they both work differently one is side Love/Passion/Creativity etc and other side is Logic/Reason/Objective etc. In simple words one side of brain is YES and other is NO.

Example: when you are about to get in morning, one side of brain says “Get up “  other side says “Sleep”, We make right decision when both sides are balanced and then you choose the right thing. If both brain are not balanced we cant make right decision.

AnulomVilom concentrates the oxygen flow to each brain side one by one. So we get more oxygen to both sides of our brain. Now you may question when we breathe oxygen goes to lungs of course it does and increase oxygen in our blood which still goes to brain eventually, But If you may have noticed the brain’s bottom is opened inside near nostril inside. So when we concentrate oxygen by closing one nostril, oxygen brain cells get stimulated making both sides balance.

  1. i have done yoga upto 6 months specially to remove skin problems. but that is not cured and my stomach has increased even i am doing kapal bhati daily. so i dont think that is usefull

    • Hi Mr. tejprakash sharma ji You need to follow the rules of yoga and you even have to change your life style. Eat sattvik food avoid bad company and then you will surely find miracles happening in your life. And for skin problems please concentrate more on kapalbhati. Do it regularly.

  2. Dude, Swami Ramdev’s Pranayam works but dont expect miracles until you change your lifestyle. It is no 6 month magic wand which will fix your all problems. Keep doing it will do something good for you I am for sure.

    To get Get maximum Benefit:

    1. Sleep at 10 PM, wake up early morning like 4 or 5 AM, after keep water in your mouth, put water splashes in your eyes and gargle. Then drink a glass of warm water you can put lemon/honey drops in it.
    2. DO all 7 pranayams.
    3. Drink Loki Juice
    4. Keep your mind posiive and stay away from smoking/drugs.
    5. DO NOT see evil, DO NOT listen evil & DO NOT speak evil.
    6. Bring GOD in your life.
    7. Eat healthy food(Home cooked meals) avoid eating junk food like Pop drinks, pizza, burgers etc. Don’t eat canned food.

    Do above things you will be a healthier & a better person in your life.

    After listening baba ramdev Istarted to practice pranayam, seven suksham exersise and seven asans. After doing for one month started to feel tingling and numbness in one part of my head and I stopped doing pranayam. But It is still there and getting worse everyday, now Ifeel dizzy too sometimes.I was a healthy person before starting pranayam. Any body can tell what it is.

  10. can somebody tell me why do i feel dizzy after i do prananyams…it could be cuz of anulom vilom but is it still normal to do it???i asked one of the doctor n she said its oh k to still continue..can sometbody still tell me wt shold i do??

      Yes Punni, It is normal to feel dizzy after pranayam. Dont do bhastrika for more than 5 minutes, Anulomvilom not more than 30 minutes.
