How do I fix my health problems?

99% of your health problems can be fixed by doing pranayam regularly everyday.

 

How long it takes to fix health problems?

Health problems which are not so serious like diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, headaches, depression, stress, sinus etc, you can feel benefit from very first day, it can take 3 to 9 months to be completely healthy. Serious health problems may take 1 to 2 years or more.

 

How long I should do pranayam

1. Bhastrika – (Must Do) 3 to 5 Minutes, (MUST DO)

2. Kapalbhati – (Must Do) 5 to 15 Minutes, (MUST DO)

3. Bahaya – 2 to 5 Times,

4. Agnisaar – 1 to 5 Times,

5. Anulom Vilom – (Must Do) 5 to 15 Minutes, (MUST DO)

6. Bhramri – 5 to 20 Times,

7. Udgeeth – 5 to 20 Times

Meditation – few minutes as you like (Just sit calmly closed eyes)

  • Healthy Person 30 minutes  a day
  • Person having health issues 1 hour a day (Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom for 30 to 40 minutes each)
  • Person having serious health issues like cancer 2 Hours a day or more.  (Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom for 30 to 40 minutes each in morning & evening) read cancer patients section.

2. KapalBhati Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga): 5 to 10 Minutes for a Healthy Person who want to keep their body organs healthy, 15 to 30 Minutes to improve weak body. 30 to 60 Minutes to improve some serious health issue. Tip: 5 Minutes of continues Kapalbhati is needed.

3. Baharya Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga): 3 times to 5 times normally. max upto 11 times. and extremely max upto 21 times (in winters).
Tips : Not for heart and high BP patients


4. AnulomVilom



4. Anulom Vilom Pranayam Swami Ramdev: 5 to 15 Minutes for a Healthy Person who want to keep their body organs healthy, 15 to 30 Minutes to improve weak body.
30 to 60 Minutes to improve some serious health issue


5. Bhramari


5. Bhramri Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga) : 3 to 7 Times works good for brain, to relieve stress, depression.


6. Udgeeth


6. Udgeeth Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga):
3 Times normally, If you do it 20 times it works great for meditation also, you can do it as long as you want. Short temper people should do it more often it will calms down their nerves and temper.
